Terms and Conditions

1. All quotations are valid for a period of 8 weeks unless otherwise stated.
   
   
2. Any sizes and dimensions provided by you the customer will be taken as correct, therefore any miscalculations are the customers responsibility
   
   
3. All delivery times are approximate. If changes in deliveries do occur, you will be contacted immediately and informed of the new delivery date.
   
   
4. If you wish us to erect your outdoor kennel, it is your responsiblity to ensure an adequate base is provided. Designer Kennels will not be held responsible for defects caused by an unsatisfactory base.
   
   
5. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that suitable access is available.
   
   
6. All outdoor kennels are delivered flat packed.
   
   
7. A charge of £50 will be added to your order for deliveries of up to 100 miles from our factory. For distances over 100 miles an extra charge will apply according to distance.
   
   
8. If you require us to erect your outdoor kennel, a charge of £30 per kennel will be made and £45 for the kennel/run combination units.
   
   
9. PAYMENT: A deposit of 50% is required with all orders before any work can commence. The balance must be made on delivery. No goods will be left without payment. All cheques made payable to DESIGNER KENNELS. Thank you.
